§ 1. DEFINITIONS

  1. Controller – the company Swapni sp. z o.o., F. Firlika 20/24, Poznań 60-692, entered in the National Court Register KRS no.: 0001002669, NIP: 7792547202, REGON: 523696212.

  2. Cookies – IT data, small text files, saved and stored on the Devices by means of which the User uses the Controller's website.

  3. Device – an electronic device by means of which the User accesses the Controller's website.

  4. User – means an entity to which, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the provisions of law, services may be provided by electronic means, or with which a Contract for the provision of services by electronic means may be concluded.

§ 2. USE OF COOKIES

  1. The Controller uses Cookies by means of the website.

  2. The information gathered on the basis of Cookies is used for the purposes of properly optimising the operation of the website, as well as for statistical and advertising purposes.

  3. Cookies record the activity of the website User by recognising the Device, thanks to which the website is displayed in a manner optimised to the User's individual preferences.

  4. The solutions used on the website are safe for the Devices of Users using the Controller's website. It is not possible for dangerous or malicious software to enter Users' Devices.

  5. The Controller uses two types of Cookies:

  1. Session Cookies: these are files that are stored on the User's Device and remain there until the given browser session ends. The saved information is then permanently deleted from the Device's memory. The session Cookies mechanism does not allow any personal data or any confidential information to be retrieved from the User's Device.

  2. Persistent Cookies: these are stored on the User's Device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the given browser session or switching off the Device does not cause them to be removed from the Device. The persistent Cookies mechanism does not allow any personal data or any confidential information to be retrieved from the User's Device.

§ 3. WAYS OF DETERMINING THE CONDITIONS FOR STORING COOKIES OR OBTAINING ACCESS TO THEM

  1. The User has the option of restricting or disabling Cookies' access to their Device. If this option is used, it will be possible to use the Controller's website, apart from those functions which by their nature require Cookies.

  2. The User may, independently and at any time, change the settings concerning Cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage and for Cookies obtaining access to the User's Device. The User may make the changes to the settings referred to above by means of the web browser settings or by means of the service configuration. These settings may be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of Cookies in the web browser settings, or to give notification each time they are placed on the Device. Detailed information about the possibilities and ways of handling Cookies is available in the settings of the software (the web browser).

  3. The User may delete Cookies at any time using the functions available in the web browser they use.

  4. Restricting the use of Cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Controller's website.
