Yes, although for a longer life it is worth washing them by hand from time to time in warm water with a mild detergent.
DO I NEED TO GREASE THE TIN BEFORE BAKING?
For easy removal of your bakes we recommend light greasing – it also protects the surface of the tin and makes taking the cake out easier.
IS THE BASE DEFINITELY NOT GOING TO COME UNDONE DURING BAKING?
The rings have a clasp-type fastening, which holds the base securely when properly closed. Before putting the tin in the oven, make sure the catch is fully shut.
