Foam heel grips were created to improve the quality and comfort of everyday walking. They protect your feet from rubbing, help reduce the size of your footwear, take up the slack inside the shoe, and once trimmed they fit your shoe perfectly.

HOW TO USE:
- Hold the heel grip up to the shoe and trim it to shape if necessary.
- Peel the protective film off the back of the pad and place the heel grip at the back of the shoe
- Once it is stuck to the shoe, press the heel grip down so that it sits flat everywhere.
- Wait a few minutes for the adhesive to take hold.
