Foam heel grips were created to improve the quality and comfort of everyday walking. They protect your feet from rubbing, help reduce the size of the shoe, take up the slack inside it, and once trimmed they fit your shoe perfectly.
There is nothing worse than the painful, unpleasant blisters caused by rubbing from new or uncomfortable footwear. They are great for new shoes with hard heel counters. Heel grips come into their own when your new shoes turn out to be about half a size too big; they prevent rubbing on the heel and stop the foot sliding.
They come in one universal size, stick to the inside of the shoe and do not move around as you walk - just peel off the protective film and place them in the back of the shoe.

How to use
1. Try the heel grip in the shoe and trim it to size if necessary.
2. Peel the protective film off the back of the pad and place the heel grip in the back of the shoe
3. Once stuck to the shoe, press the heel grip down so that it sits flat everywhere.
4. Wait a few minutes for the adhesive to take hold.
