THREE-STAGE SHARPENING
The sharpener works in three precise stages for a perfect result:
1. First stage — profiling
Gently taking off a minimal layer of material restores the correct geometry and the basic sharpness of the blade.
2. Smoothing the edge
Precisely set working elements remove small irregularities, levelling the edge and improving cutting performance.
3. Final polishing
The micro-polisher removes microscopic burrs, giving the edge the smoothness and "finish" needed for an exceptionally clean cut.
Each of the stages has been developed to deliver the best possible results.
