ASSEMBLY
1. Choosing the mounting spot:
- Pick a solid, sturdy spot, e.g. a doorway from 62 cm to 100 cm wide.
2. Adjusting the length of the bar:
- Turn the ends of the bar to match its length to the doorway.
3. Mounting the bar:
- Place the bar at the chosen height and fix it firmly by turning the ends clockwise.
4. Checking stability:
- Make sure the bar is well fixed and stable.

Exercise I: Overhand Pull-Ups
The overhand pull-up is a classic exercise that works the back and arm muscles superbly.
How to do it:
- Grip: Grab the bar with an overhand grip (fingers facing away from you) at shoulder width.
